Hatcher Garden Revises its Coronavirus (CoVid-19) Guidelines
Hatcher Garden and Woodland Preserve wants its visitors to be safe and healthy. Per the mandatory guidelines of the Governor of South Carolina and the City of Spartanburg’s Emergency Ordinance, in an effort to avoid an unnecessary spread of the coronavirus (CoVid-19), we are revising the following measures in the garden:
Please limit groups to 3 or less.
Please respect six foot social distancing.
Public Restrooms are temporarily closed.
The Hatcher Garden Office is closed (see below)
In light of those measures, the following events have been postponed or cancelled:
April 7 - Spring Plant Sale - begins Tuesday, goes through Friday(see Spring Sale Guidelines below) The Plant Sale resumes on Tuesday, April 14th through Friday, April 17th.
April 11 - Egg-Citing Easter Bunny Photos - Cancelled
May 7 - Twilight in the Garden - Postponed to Tuesday, September 15th
May 9 - Arts in the Garden - Postponed to May 2021
May 21 - Mr. Fiddle & Callico’s 4th Annual Rockin’ Red Nose Charity Show - Cancelled
