DISCOVERY CAMP
WHAT: Beginning Monday June 9th, we will be conducting our Hatcher Garden Discovery Camp, a four-day fun-filled discovery for children in grades three through five. The camp will be held mornings from 9:00a.m. to 12:00 Noon here at Hatcher Garden. Children will be immersed in the beauty and wonder of nature. Programs are taught by trained educators and their assistants, incorporating SC State Science, Mathematics, Language Arts and Social Studies standards (but don’t tell them that, tell them it is FUN!). CDC guidelines concerning Summer Camps will be observed to ensure a safe environment for the campers.
WHEN: June 9-12, 2025 / 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

The program for each of the four days is determined by the weather and garden conditions. Class subjects focus on the various plants living in our woods and their needs as well as the animals that live in our woods and ponds and the various habitats.
Cost
Cost of the Discovery Experience is $100.00 per camper. Two ways to enroll your camper(s): register and pay online OR download the enrollment form with option to send payment with completed registration form via mail or pay online. Enrollment is limited, so sign up now!
REFUNDS: A 50% refund will apply for cancellations up to May 30. After May 30, no cancellation refunds will be given.
