Get Grounded in the Garden!
Do you struggle to feel grounded? Do you feel spacey, scattered, or overwhelmed? There is no better place than a garden to help us connect with the earth.
Join Kristin Shook for a seven-week yoga class series on the Hatcher Garden’s activities deck. We will focus on developing a sense of ease and connection as we practice yoga together under a canopy of pines with the sounds of a healthy and wealthy habitat in nature. We will work with yoga poses that facilitate connection to the earth - using proper techniques to ensure a solid base.
You will leave this class feeling a deeper sense of stability and calmness in your mind and feel more flexible and at ease in your body.
This is a great opportunity for beginners to start a yoga journey!
We will meet Saturday mornings from 10:30 am to 11:30 am at the Activities Deck on the Mary Black Foundation Woodland Trail. There are only 15 spots available.
Please register each week you plan to attend prior to practice. Suggested Donation is $15. All proceeds help keep Hatcher Garden a peaceful, beautiful place for all to enjoy.
