We welcome photo and video shoots at Hatcher Garden.
Professional shoots and amateur photography is allowed at no charge. Professionals are defined as anyone whose intent is to sell any product or service. While Hatcher does not charge for professional shoots, a donation is requested for the use of the garden.
Professional Photography
Appointments are required for professional shoots. Please call the Hatcher Garden office at (864) 574-7724 to learn more and schedule a time.
GUIDELINES
Photography crews must abide by any additional verbal restrictions from Hatcher Garden staff during the session. Hatcher Garden and Woodland Preserve reserves the right to cancel or terminate the session at any time should the crew not abide by staff guidelines or verbal restrictions.
All crew members, equipment, models, and merchandise must remain on pathways
Moving planters and furniture is prohibited
All props and clothing must be approved by Hatcher staff
No political, religious, or fundraising shoots allowed
Personnel and equipment may not block traffic flow
Because the Hatcher Garden is open to the public daily, staff and/or public cannot be expected to maintain quiet to accommodate the photography session.
