Redbuds usher in spring at the southern entrance of the Bartram Trail located at the Stone Patio and waterfall.
Though commonly called the Stone Patio, this area is officially called Corrie's Garden Room
. Dedicated to a former board member, Corrie Miller Whitlock, the Corrie
Garden Room includes the round stone patio and wall, waterfall and Corrie's Bridge. The tall hardwoods create a natural cathedral-like setting, perfect for weddings or a memorial service.
This legacy granite bench is dedicated to Marianne Bartram whose dedication to the establishing the Thomas W. Bartram Trail brought it to fruition. Pictured right is the stone memorializing the dedication of the bench.
